New Year, New Goals, & the Most Flower Filled Year Yet!

I just love this time of year. The promise of new beginnings fills the air and I’m surrounded by the new year’s friendly push to accomplish big things. As I come up with my goals for this year, I remind myself to reflect on last year and all the incredible things that happened:

• I booked my biggest event to date and aim to beat it this year by booking an even bigger one

• I established a minimum for Custom Weddings and have now launched A La Carte to design for clients not meeting our $7,000 minimum

• I taught all about floral installations at a floral design retreat & am actively looking for a way to give back to my floral community this year

• Speaking of giving back, we donated hundreds of flower arrangements after our events to local retirement facilities. We plan to do it again this year but also plan to add on to the list. (If you know any communities around the Midvale area that could enjoy gently used flower arrangements, please shoot me an email)

• I pushed myself and my team of designers to craft the most artistic and creative flowers we could and I am so fucking proud of everyone

• I completed my first professional coaching experience and have learned a lot about myself. This has been the catalyst for change I had been searching for and now I choose to continue my education through podcasts, books, and meditation. Yes, meditation. I get some of my best ideas from meditation.

Last year was kick ass and this year, I feel even more equipped to show up as the powerful CEO that I am. I’m a mantra saying, high vibe seeking, business woman ready to kick ass and flower like hell.

I know I wouldn’t be here without all of you. Thank you for believing in me, purchasing from me, and following along with my flower journey. It’s been a rad 6 years and I can’t wait to see what year 7 has in store for Lilly and Iris.
